Q. What is RSS?
A. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. It was created to allow companies to create a file that would allow their web content to be available to other websites by simply adding some additional code to their site.
Q. How do I add Abodase Listings to my web site?
A. You can access the RSS feeds by clicking on the
at any time located on the footer of every page of the Abodase web site.
Q. I have an Abodase Account and I would like to list only my listings on my website. How do I do this?
A. Once you are logged in to Abodase you can add the Abodase RSS code to your site by clicking on the
at any time located on the footer of every page of the Abodase site.
Select the RSS Feed that was generated for your listings.
Q. I have accessed the RSS Code. How do I put this information on my website?
A. To add this code to your site you will require and RSS reader. There are many available on the web, however, we have found that the Feedburner does an adequate job of reading the Abodase RSS file.
Q. Will my listings automatically update on my web site?
A. Absolutely. That is the beautiful thing about adding the Abodase RSS Feed to your web site. Whenever you update Abodase with your current listings, the feed you have added to your website will automatically update with your current listings.
